Hookset is 100% free for charter captains and operators. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no billing cycle. You will never be charged for using Hookset, so there is nothing to cancel from a payment standpoint.
Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your Hookset account and all associated data, submit the form below. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 5 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the following:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Booking history and customer records
- Saved payment methods and Stripe connection
- All personal information associated with your account
Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for legal compliance and fraud prevention as described in our Privacy Policy.
